Copperleaf COVID-19 Update

March 23, 2020 Judi Hess

The health and safety of our clients, employees, partners, and communities worldwide is our top priority. The situation regarding the COVID-19 virus is evolving rapidly, and Copperleaf is continuously preparing for and adapting to the challenges this pandemic presents to our clients and our business.

Delivering Client Services

In line with government guidelines, we are strongly encouraging employees to work from home and are supporting them in doing so. This allows us to continue to work remotely on the delivery of our solutions, resolving client concerns, and the ongoing development of our products. We are supporting clients remotely via online teleconference and collaboration tools, and our support desk, and will tailor our approach to meet your evolving needs.

Ensuring A Safe Workplace

We are providing employees with frequent updates on COVID-19 from health and government organizations. Our offices are still open, but we are encouraging employees to work from home if they are concerned that their health is at risk, or that they may be putting members of their family at risk by coming into the office. We have cancelled all in-person meetings and are holding virtual meetings both internally and with clients.

Ensuring Business Continuity

As part of our normal course of business, we have created and are frequently updating our COVID-19 business continuity plan. This plan outlines the steps we are taking to ensure the continued operation of the business through the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes steps to protect our employees and clients, to develop and deliver our products and services, and to proactively manage our business through these unprecedented challenges. We continue to deliver the same level of service and support our clients are accustomed to receiving from Copperleaf.

In summary, the relationship we have built with you is precious to us. We would like to thank you for providing the essential services that keep our communities safe and connected. Please keep the lines of communication open and let us know if there is anything we can do to assist or support you during this time. We appreciate your support as we navigate this evolving situation together.
