We are supporting clients remotely via online teleconference and collaboration tools, and our support desk, and will tailor our approach to meet your evolving needs.
Ensuring A Safe Workplace
We are providing employees with frequent updates on COVID-19 from health and government organizations. Our offices are still open, but we are encouraging employees to work from home if they are concerned that their health is at risk, or that they may be putting members of their family at risk by coming into the office. We have cancelled all in-person meetings and are holding virtual meetings both internally and with clients.
Ensuring Business Continuity
As part of our normal course of business, we have created and are frequently updating our COVID-19 business continuity plan. This plan outlines the steps we are taking to ensure the continued operation of the business through the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes steps to protect our employees and clients, to develop and deliver our products and services, and to proactively manage our business through these unprecedented challenges. We continue to deliver the same level of service and support our clients are accustomed to receiving from Copperleaf.
