Copperleaf Appoints Dawen Nozdryn-Plotnicki as Managing Director, Americas
Vancouver, BC, December 2, 2021—Copperleaf®, a global leader in decision analytics solutions, announces the appointment of Dawen Nozdryn-Plotnicki as Managing Director, Americas (AMER). In this role, Dawen will be responsible for sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations for the Americas region, which includes Canada, the United States, and Latin America. She will report directly to Miranda Alldritt, President, and will continue as a member of Copperleaf’s leadership team.
Dawen joined Copperleaf in 2021 as General Manager of Market Development where she implemented strategies and processes for pursuing new market opportunities. She also expanded Copperleaf’s best practices in capital planning into additional industries to help clients address the growing challenges and opportunities related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets and planning.
Prior to Copperleaf, Dawen held various leadership roles at Boeing, where she launched a portfolio of advanced analytics solutions, led the data science team, and established the first digital aviation lab. She also served as a management consultant at Capgemini UK where she collaborated with FTSE 100 clients across a variety of sectors, including energy, financial services, and manufacturing and distribution. Dawen holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Master of Management in Operations Research from the University of British Columbia.
