Vancouver, BC, December 7, 2021—Copperleaf® CEO, Judi Hess, has been named a winner of the Canada’s Most Admired CEO™ award by Waterstone Human Capital. Judi was recognized for having an extraordinary impact on the growth and evolution of Copperleaf’s culture and overall performance.

Waterstone Human Capital is Canada's leading cultural talent management firm. This national program recognizes CEOs who have achieved significant accomplishments in their careers with a specific focus on using the power of culture to drive organizational performance. Nominees were scored on five key performance areas: vision, strategy, and leadership; cultural and people development; innovative business achievements and competitiveness; corporate social responsibility; and organizational performance.

The award runs in conjunction with the Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures program, a designation that Copperleaf has earned since 2018.

“I am incredibly humbled to be recognized by Waterstone Human Capital alongside some of the nation’s top CEOs,” commented Judi. “I believe a company’s success is dependent on its people and driven by its culture. Copperleaf’s culture was cocreated by our amazing global team and I want to thank each and every one of them for their dedication and unparalleled focus on product innovation and client success.”

“Each of the 2021 award recipients puts culture at the centre of everything they do and demonstrates a commitment to culture as competitive advantage,” said Marty Parker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterstone Human Capital and Chair of the Canada’s Most Admired™ program. “They set an excellent example of how crafting and sustaining a high-performance culture can drive incredible growth and performance.”
