Vancouver, BC, August 3, 2015—Copperleaf has expanded its sales and marketing team to address the growing interest in Asset Investment Planning and Management (AIPM) solutions in Latin America. Filip Buyse has taken on the role of Director of Business Development and will work directly with asset intensive organizations, and with Copperleaf partners Soporte & Cia and Metacontrol Ingenieros to develop new business opportunities in the region. Buyse will also be responsible for sales and business development in the Central United States and will support that region from his home base in Dallas, TX.
Buyse brings a wide breadth of international business development and sales experience to Copperleaf. Filip comes from EFI, a global technology company leading the transformation of analog to digital imaging. As Vice President and General Manager of the eCommerce Web-to-Print business, he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, channel relations, operations, product development and positioning. Prior roles include President and CEO of Prism Group, an Australian-based MIS provider, and VP of Sales for the Americas region for Creo, Inc.

Buyse will be attending the Solutions 2.0 conference in Houston, TX from August 3-7, 2015, and will be participating in the newly introduced Spanish language track on ISO 55000. He will also be joining Copperleaf CMO Boudewijn Neijens in presenting an educational session titled Value-Based Asset Management Decision Making as part of the Asset Management track on Monday, August 3 at 3:00 pm.
