Jones is new VP Sales at CopperLeaf Technologies

Burnaby, BC – CopperLeaf Technologies Inc., has successfully recruited Phil Jones as Vice President, Sales. He takes on responsibility for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of sales activities for the Burnaby-based provider of Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solutions.

Jones is an electrical engineer and sales professional with more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, project management, product development and system design. His client base to date has included government, military, commercial wireless infrastructure manufacturers, venture-funded factories in Asia, and a range of both commercial and residential clients for energy management and automation systems.

Since 2006, Jones has been a partner in a custom electronics design and integration firm in Port Moody. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Burnaby’s Spectrum Signal Processing starting as program manager and working through roles to Director of Business Development for commercial wireless to Vice President, Sales. Earlier in his career, Jones spent time in Vietnam heading up sales for an international trading company.
